Abstract
Résumé: L'administration de phénobarbital à la souris augmente l'activité de l'UDP-glucosyltransférasique dans les microsomes hépatiques. On a remarqué que le traitement par la drogue, ou la conservation des microsomes à −20°C, change la qualité et la quantité de cet enzyme, ainsi que de l'UDP-glucuronyltransférase.
